Urgent suggestion for António Guterres and Zelensky to contribute to peace in Ukraine and avoid future wars

I suggest to António Guterres to urgently invite Zelensky to a United Nations Assembly with this proposal: Zelensky offers 10 to 90% of the exploitation of precious minerals in the future to all those who helped and will help with humanitarian support, defense, weapons, soldiers, defense and reconstruction. Those who supported or will support the invasion will be ordered to pay for the damages and consequences. Those who abstained could receive the products by paying a percentage to others. The distribution of results will be proportional to the commitment with soldiers, weapons, money and humanitarian aid. This could be a way to counter the immoral and unfair agreement that Trump wants, which wants 5 to 10 times more return than invested, exclusively on profits from precious materials, leaving the defense to the Europeans. Zelensky turned to the imperialist, militarist, Machiavellian Trump instead of turning to Antónipo Guterres and the UN. He knows that Trump has more power over his friend Putin than António Guterres. Trump has the weapons that condition the war more than António Guterres' speeches. All this can be changed with more UN power and a Neo-UN. All national or international conflicts would be avoided with UN commissions and tribunals, national for national issues, international for global issues. Anyone who did not comply with the decisions of these courts could have the whole world against them, morally, economically and even militarily. Putin has the greatest nuclear power in the world and Trump has the most modern. Both have more power than anyone else in the world. But no country has more military power than all the others. If the UN had the power to negotiate with all nations to comply with the decisions of peace commissions, with thousands of more efficient and powerful courts of the International Criminal Court (ICC), there would be no more wars.
