UN Global Democracy for a Just Peace by António Guterres in Ukraine and the World
I know of no better way to contribute to a just peace in Ukraine and avoid future wars than a global democracy of the “UN” or a “Neo-UN”, new, in continuous evolution, with global ethics, a good sense of justice and more moral, political, police, legal, judicial and military power. International contracts, such as the one to respect the integrity of Ukraine and its borders in exchange for Ukrainian nuclear weapons received by Russia, are valid for Putin like the agreement between Stalin and Hitler to divide Poland: they are valid only as long as it is in their interest. No one better than the Secretary General of the UN, his current or future organizations, can guarantee compliance with international peace treaties, if they have more moral, political, police, legal, judicial and military power. I suggest that the UN create many more efficient and powerful courts, similar to the International Criminal Court (ICC), specifically designed to prevent each conflict before it degenerates into...
