UN Global Democracy for a Just Peace by António Guterres in Ukraine and the World

I know of no better way to contribute to a just peace in Ukraine and avoid future wars than a global democracy of the “UN” or a “Neo-UN”, new, in continuous evolution, with global ethics, a good sense of justice and more moral, political, police, legal, judicial and military power.

International contracts, such as the one to respect the integrity of Ukraine and its borders in exchange for Ukrainian nuclear weapons received by Russia, are valid for Putin like the agreement between Stalin and Hitler to divide Poland: they are valid only as long as it is in their interest. No one better than the Secretary General of the UN, his current or future organizations, can guarantee compliance with international peace treaties, if they have more moral, political, police, legal, judicial and military power. I suggest that the UN create many more efficient and powerful courts, similar to the International Criminal Court (ICC), specifically designed to prevent each conflict before it degenerates into war. I suggest the creation of an international police force with the power to collect data from all UN nations, from all borders, and to support specific commissions or courts for each conflict or its prevention. In the best democracies, each of us has the power to contribute to a global UN or “Neo-UN” democracy: with our vote, we can help elect the most civil, ethical politicians who collaborate with the best UN objectives. We can hold peaceful demonstrations in front of embassies, consulates, cultural or religious representations of those who support the worst criminals, invaders, dictators, imperialists, militarists, Machiavellians, Stalinists, Maoists or neo-Nazis. The worst imperialist, militarist, Machiavellian, Stalinist and Maoist dictators supported North Vietnam when it invaded South Vietnam. The most intelligent elites and those with the best global ethics of that time supported South Vietnam with the “domino theory”: if the worst imperialist, militarist, Machiavellian, Stalinist, Maoist or neo-Nazi dictators won this invasion, others would follow until they dominated the entire world, like a domino that, when it falls, makes all the others fall. The most imbecile, ignorant and partial pacifists only spoke out against the best, against those who defended democracy and freedom against the worst invaders, imperialist, militarist, Machiavellian, Stalinist, Maoist or neo-Nazi dictators. In fact, the theory of the most intelligent and ethical American elites was right: under pressure from the imbeciles, ignorant, pacifist biases against those who defended the invaded people of southern Vietnam, the Americans withdrew and two years later the worst imperialist, militarist, Machiavellian, Stalinist, Maoist or neo-Nazi communist dictators occupied South Vietnam. The “domino theory” began to come true: the worst imperialist, militarist, Machiavellian, Stalinist, Maoist or neo-Nazi dictators supported the communist dictator of North Korea who invaded South Korea and occupied it almost completely. A UN coalition forced the worst imperialist, militarist, Machiavellian, Stalinist, Maoist or neo-Nazi dictators of North Korea to retreat and re-established the previous borders. There has been no invasion by the worst imperialist, militarist, Machiavellian, Stalinist, Maoist or neo-Nazi dictators so far with Putin invading Ukraine. If he wins as the worst imperialist, militarist, Machiavellian, Stalinist, Maoist or neo-Nazi dictators of North Vietnam, other invasions will follow, such as the one by North Korea invading South Korea. If the UN had the power today to form a coalition that would force the worst imperialist, militarist, Machiavellian, Stalinist, Maoist or neo-Nazi dictators of the invasion of Ukraine to restore the borders and pay for the unjust and immoral damages of more deaths from pollution, hunger and war, it would be the best way to achieve a fairer peace, avoid future wars and reduce armaments. Everyone loses with the increase in armaments and wars: deaths from pollution, hunger and wars, inflation, lack of essential products and lack of social services.
