The old UN was born after the disasters of the Second World War, made by the most militaristic victors of that time. After 80 years, it remains old and inefficient in the face of the Third World War: invasion of Ukraine. From UN only the wise speeches of António Guterres and the humanitarian aid. But all that could have been avoided with a “Neo-UN” with more power. The old UN has no power against those who should have it: more imperialists, militarists, machiavellians of today. It serves as an incentive for the worst, more weapons, more wars, with the power of the strongest. The invasion of Ukraine is the worst example: the most imperialist, machiavellian militarists are preparing to divide Ukraine's precious metals. António Guterres' good speeches are useless, only humanitarian aid that could be avoided with a “Neo-UN”. All power to the victors is an incentive to militarism, with one aggravating factor: the worst at the beginning of the Second World War was one of the leaders of the birth of the UN: Stalin, an example for Putin who is trying to rehabilitate him. Since history has always been written by the victors, it went unnoticed that World War II began with a secret agreement between Hitler and Stalin to divide Poland and much of the world between them. Since Stalin was victorious, few know that he committed at least twice the crimes of Hitler: 20 million opponents in hard labor until death, as Putin is doing now, 3.3 to 12 million people died of hunger in Ukraine because Stalin ordered the theft of food. Now Putin wants to steal Ukraine's precious metals and wants to share them with another imperialist, militarist, machiavellian: Trump. Zelensky would rather negotiate peace with Trump than with António Guterres. He knows that Trump, Putin, with their friends Kim Jong-Un and Xi Jinping have more power than the rest of the world. A “Neo-UN” could have the power to unite all against one. It avoided current wars and prepared for future ones with the current arms race. Today it is urgent to create a new, ethical, online “Neo-UN”, with the power of activist, voluntary, Internet and ew technology. I will start by giving some ideas to others who are more intelligent, creative, efficient and have more knowledge to select the best ones and present suggestions to António Guterres. Today's world changes every second. The best current companies have taken advantage of the emergence of the Internet and new technologies, made the most of them and surpassed the traditional ones that died if they did not adapt. I don't know of any large organization that uses new technologies as poorly as the UN. I suggest a request to Bill Gates to organize the modernization of the UN online. Any successful company listens to the voice and suggestions of its customers to offer the best services. What does the UN do? Wouldn't it be better for the UN to listen to the beginning of wars and major international conflicts in order to prevent them, instead of limiting itself to humanitarian aid after they happen? In a “Neo-UN” only the objectives will not change: ethics and a common sense of justice for better global coexistence.
